Disney Little Mermaid 16″ Ariel Rag Doll

My daughter received this and three other of the Disney princess rag dolls for her third b-day. These were her absolute favorite toys. She loved them so much that I bought the four other dolls she did not have. I think $17 is a bit pricey for these. The Disney store sometimes puts them on sale for 50% off.

Mary Poppins Doll
There’s only one word for the warm-hearted nanny who floats into a family’s life and changes them forever: super-cali-fragi-listic-expi-ala-docious! This charming Mary Poppins doll comes dressed in a beautiful white dress with a red bodice, lovely hat and white boots. She carries her umbrella everywhere she goes. Doll measures 12″ tall.

Barbie Pink Label Barbie 2008 Collectible
I absolutely love this doll. Her gown is sparkly and exquisite. She has long, soft hair with sideswept bangs. She has perfectly manicured pink fingernails and toenails, and lovely pink high-heeled strappy sandals. The finishing touch? She’s wearing a pair of basic white undies underneath the dress!

As one who likes to actually take the doll out of the box and try different outfits on her for display, getting her out of the box was difficult (watch the things that attach the bottom of the dress to the bottom of the box! One of them made a tiny hole in my Barbie’s gown) and getting her out of the dress was difficult. I can understand the use of a small amount of glue to get the dress to stay in place, but Mattel uses way more than is necessary.

All in all, though, a fantastic doll.

BARBIE ALICE IN WONDERLAND QUEEN OF HEARTS-L5850

Fashions are designed especially for the Model Muse doll body and are not for use with other Barbie Dolls. Costume is not removable. Ages 6 and up.

This doll is a wonderful representation of the Mad Hatter. He was produced in 2007 and is a Silver Label doll (less than 50,000 produced worldwide). The Mad Hatter appears in a whimsical outfit featuring an oversize black top hat with a rose tucked in its ribbon, an enormous light green polka dot bow tie, and a suit in various prints of pink, blue, and purple. His pointy shoes have cool detailing as well. Mattel has really outdone themselves with this doll. The face is slightly wrinkled and has so much expression. It is definitely like no other! I’m sure this doll will drastically increase in value over time, as most Silver Label dolls do.
